DACLAN, Virgilio
Virgilio Daclan was born in Cebu City in 1920. In 1951, he was a scholar at the UP School of Fine Arts. He taught in a number of Cebu universities and organized the Cebu Arts Council. He wrote an epic war history of Cebu, as well as a manuscript on Cebu artists.
